"I ordered a chicken bowl with rice corn sour cream cheese and lettuce then a bag of chips, pretty simple order?? DoorDash took an hour to bring me my food, no sour cream no bag of chips, the chicken was burnt. I tried reaching out to chipotle the number that’s on the receipt is a customer service, you can’t even speak to a manager? $20 waisted"

"This wa by far the worst experience ever at Chipotle !!! The entire staff need to be fired immediately those young girls were so disrespectful and had nasty attitudes the Manager wasn’t paying attention to anything . He stayed in back !!! I spent $37 for dinner and was disappointed and was not pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant ! Asked for chicken as they were cooking fresh chicken at them time while placing my order , so stood and waited for the fresh chicken for my tacos . The amount of chicken was very little amount ridiculous. Then I asked if they could put a little more meat being that all I had on my taco were just chicken and lettuce . On top of that we could not get chips with our order but , they’re were chips on the table !!!!! After asking the manger about the chips , I think they’re were saving the chips for themselves to be honest !!!!!"

"On November 7th, 2023, I had a craving for Mexican Food. However, I chose to have American Hispanic Food in the form of Chipotle. The line was obviously long, but that didn’t interfere with my patience for what I thought would be an excellent meal full of protein and vegetables. When I got home I noticed the large amount of Sour Cream blended with corn that I tasted. When I took another bite of my food I noticed that both the grilled chicken and white rice tasted overcooked and a couple of days old. I was extremely dissatisfied by the taste including the small portion of meat I was given. I contacted customer care with a clear and respectful response. The young lady offered me a free entree. However, no Judge/Medical Doctor (JD/DO) wants to return to a restaurant that feed them foul tasting food. She understood and offered me a refund of my money."
