"Terrell was our waiter, and he was amazing!!! My mom is in the early stages of dementia sadly. She asked him about a baked potato 5 different times, and at no time did he display irritation towards her repetition. Our food was delicious and we had a great experience."

"They need to get a new Chef. My food was horrible. So much so I couldn't eat it. I ordered medium rare 6oz steak It was actually crunchy. The loaded potato was loaded with what??? It looked and tasted like a potato pancake. The table wasn't cleared between appetizers and main courses There was 10 of us and the table was beyond cluttered. After asking the waiter to clear some of the clutter, it never happened thru out our meal. We had to stack the clutter in order to receive and eat our meal."

"I would like to shine light on a horrible experience. 4 adults & 4 kids, we arrived at 4:16 pm on December 9th & didn't leave until slightly after 7:00pm that evening. This time frame was not by choice. I ordered 12 wings & texas fries. Needless to say, I never received my food. The other orders literally came out 1 hr &15 minutes after the order time. You would think we ordered a smoked cow on the wait time. My sister ordered a bacon burger, which was brick hard! My wife had any 2 fajitas. They were OK except for the wait. 3 of the kids had cheese pizza off the kid menu, the pizzas were burnt & was cardboard hard. My 4yr niece had the sliders that were brick hard. The server was very nonchalant & cared very little about our table. He didn't put orders in, then after 55 minutes, we asked if our food was ready. His verbatim reply was I don't know, I think so. Let me check, now the food comes out terrible & my order was completely forgotten. No food was replaced. The rest of the time spent here was going over the bill! Overall, this is one of the worst experiences! My first & last time ever going to this establishment!"

"My food and all of my family food was good except for the one who had the salmon dinner was dry burt at the bottom and fries were very greasy. There was a 15min wait befor we were seated because they were short handed."

"I rated the food low because I ordered a salad and itt was covered with the shaved tortilla chips; my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and had to send it back twice. As for the service, the young man who served us, it was his first night, so I won't be harsh. I will say that we were left unattended for a while, even when we were ready to go, it was difficult getting their attention so we could pay and then we were overcharged and it took more time than necessary to fix. There was a family celebrating a birthday and they were way too loud, which was a disturbance, bit just for us but for others who we saw pointing at them."
