"THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT VICTORY DESERVES A ---10 (NEGATIVE 10) I called ahead of time to inquire about a diagnostic check on my engine. I was told it's 1st come 1st serve they open at 8am and it's $85 NO PROBLEM (this had to be the mgr i spoke to because he was very polite). I tried THREE TIMES to take my car in only to be told to bring it back another day. The guy was so RUDE AND NASTY he DESTROYED THE REPUTATION of this business and I'm sure the NICE MANAGER WILL NOT BE HAPPY ABOUT THIS. I tried to ask him what was his name but The guy hung up the phone in my face and wouldn't answer none of my calls. So he left me no choice but to warn and inform others. The old owners were the BEST HANDS DOWN."
"Was recommended to go here by my medical transportation driver. My catalytic converter was taken. The prices are ridiculous to have this replaced. They literally took 30 minutes to repair. The price was great, and I truly appreciate them. I have to go back for the o2 sensor as they cut it too."

"This place took me in during a blizzard /: My hub bearings were really bad on my Van and my tire literally almost pop off as I pulled into the tire auto repair shop. I wasn’t the most friendliest customer due to being frustrated. The main mechanic was very understanding and told me to calm down once I jumped out and realized the tire had almost came off.I needed the car fixed and he fixed the hub bearing in less then 40 mins . I’m a “Vary happy customer” and will go back. They have great service and prices."
