"The WiFi does not work they rooms have bed bugs and roaches too it is very nasty they take your money and they don’t fix what is already broken and everytime you ask for something they ignore your request and there have been a problem where there were rats in someone’s room I think this facility should be shut down now."

"The white lady who works front desk at the hotel with the long nails is very rude she don’t know how to talk to customers or the residents me and my family sat and watch how she talk to other People very very rude this is not a place I would recommend nobody to stay she has no respect and I will be passing this on to the travel website to warn people about the night shift lady"

"I don't understand how they can let some of the rooms get like they do when people stay Long -term. They should do a couple room inspections a week or something so they can see if the rooms are atleast half decent. After seeing the nastiness I seen I don't think I'll go there again."
