During my buying process she answered any questions I had, helped with the process, and ensured I was protected when the lender I was using tried to charge me for things I had paid out of pocket for. "I am an Active-Duty Service Member that used Boggs Realty as my Property Manager for more than a decade. Throughout that time, I was stationed in several other states and abroad therefore, I was unable to check on the property the way I would like to. I was assured by Boggs Realty that they would ensure my property was taken care of (to include maintenance that renters would agree to upkeep) and that all work done to the property would be approved by them and that the quality of work would be ensured by them. Throughout that time, I was contacted by Boggs Realty on multiple occasions for repairs on the house. At no point did I tell them “No” to any recommended repairs or upgrades and always found a way to make them happen financially. I made this a point to ensure they knew I would be willing to do whatever it took to keep my home in great condition. I arrived back in the Fort Stewart area in June of 2023. Upon my arrival I planned on moving back into my house. When I arrived at my house it was quickly realized that the condition of the house had greatly worsened over the time that Boggs Realty was the Property Manager. I contacted the supervisor of the Rental Department of Boggs Realty who came to my home to look at everything that I noticed that was messed up upon my initial walk-through my home. During their visit they acknowledged that there were damages that should have been prevented by them that was not. The supervisor informed me that they never came to the house for any type of inspection at any time and that they paid people to conduct the home inspections but had no way to ensure the quality of the inspection or if it was even done at all. The supervisor informed me that she would talk to the owner of Boggs Realty about assisting with the damages that was present on the home. I did not receive any type of contact from the owner of Boggs Realty after that nor did I receive any type of compensation. I decided to wait until I had professionals to inspect my home before I posted reviews to ensure that the damages they saw were not a result of normal wear and tear. I am not going to talk about every issue, but rather I will post pictures and discuss the major issues that I found with the home that were not issues prior to them taking responsibility as Property Managers.The gutters were glogged and appeared to have never been cleaned. This caused water to settle under the house and damaged the exterior walls due to the water causing the wall to settle and damage the exterior walls over time. The gutters were replaced shortly after my arrival, and I was not thinking about this review, so I do not have a picture of the original condition.There are still currently child locks on cabinets that can not be removed due to the damage that they would cause by removing them. It was my understanding that these were not allowed to be installed by the renters. I paid to have multiple rooms in my home painted by what was explained to be me as professionals. They painted over the prior paint leaving areas not completely painted over and left running paint marks throughout their work. Again, it was clear that the quality of work was not checked.The central heating and air were replaced and during the installation the copper and PVC pipes were installed directly in front of the air filter tray leaving no way to replace it. Again, Boggs Realty did not ensure that work being done was quality work. The pictures will show many other examples of them falling to check the quality of work being done to my home. Overall, I would not recommend Boggs Realty to conduct ANY type of business. For more than a decade it was clear that all they did not care about my home or the condition each tenet left the home in. Nobody could tell me who inspected the home nor how inspections were conducted. Lack of follow-up by the Owner displays to me that they were only concerned about their money and not my property. If they show this little concern over their responsibilities I would not want to use them for any type of work involving a home."
