"I see plenty of 5 star reviews from homeowners, but no reviews from tenants. We were renting from a friend that had 912 living take over mid lease (3 months in). Our rent was raised over $200 without warning. 75 page lease with absurd rules, including one that our dogs cannot walk on someone else’s property. (There are no side walks) Pet deposit is for the PRIVILEGE of having them on the property, non refundable. We paid so many non refundable fees and deposits we couldn’t even keep track. It was like pulling teeth to get our deposit back. Our “move out” check list was just a deep clean list for the house (which wasn’t clean and in good condition upon moving in) because with all the money they make, they can’t hire a professional cleaner. They even took photos of our place and listed the property for rent while we were living there. We lived in the hood. Gang and crime activity. Prices and expectations are astronomical."

She was amazing with everything she did from communicating both with my husband and I the entire time, went out of her way to help when we were at work to get things prepped and ready for repairs and inspections, always listened to our concerns and did everything we asked for! I don't think we could have had a better experience! I would recommend get and her company to anyone that is looking for a trusted and compassionate realtor! She will get the job done right while always upholding integrity, dignity, and respect to ensure you are taken care of! I am so incredibly grateful for ask her hard work age did for us and our family! I never had to worry with her which made this a smooth and easy transition! Thank you 912 Living!!"
