"The worst thing that ever happen to me is renting from these people. I hope the next person that think about renting from them read this comment. They are a scammer and they will do any and everything to take your money. I rent with them for a year. My security deposit was $1200 and I only received back like $90 and the house was left in perfect shape no damage whatsoever."

"Stay away from this company!!!! One of the worst reality companies ever!!! They will try and keep every bit of your security deposit... applying surcharges etc!! Please do not rent with them. Even if you think you won’t cause any damage they will find a way to charge you for something. Update: still do not rent with this company!!!!! I wish I would have known it takes nothing to take someone to court because I would have filed on this company. I am still irritated at how they handled business. I was on rotation oversees and I always leave every property I have ever rented in better shape than what I got. I am a clean freak and I clean everything inside and out… the apartment was vacant after my move out for however long it took for them to rent it … these people charged me for dust!!!! I said the apartment been vacant what do you mean… they literally made up things to charge me for. I always now use a disposable camera instead of my phone and I make 2 copies of pictures because this realty company taught me that I have to make sure I have proof of everything. They prey on military… it’s sad."

"I lived there for 3 years it was the worst experience when I moved I I had to clean myself ! After I had moved in they sent some non professional (pot heads) to clean who I was uncomfortable with leaving in my home to clean it! Anytime you needed to get anything fixed it would always be some shade tree workers! My air went out I had to wait over 3 weeks with a small child in the home in the hot summer before it was fixed it to mention the hot water heater was going in and I and they never came out to check it! I got a call a month after I moved out, to see if anyone ever came out! The most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with! Not to mention I got a move out bill of 3000! Wow!! For air charges on top of charges 4 times my deposit! Glad I took pictures of the move out won’t remodel that home off my money ! Rip offs!!"

"Military DO NOT rent from this company. They are not worth the time, money, or hassle. They do not respond to work requests. My toilet was broken and I had major electrical issues causing kitchen alliances the the fan/lights in the front room not to work and even though I followed up them regularly nothing was ever fixed. Then they tried to charge me on my deposit when I left. On top of that they charge 25% “surcharge” on everything they claim needs repairs when you leave. So for a $100 repair they will charge an additional $25 because they had to do it, even if you have pictures that when you moved out those damages were not present. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE."

"This company is terrible at getting back with you on matters. We've been moved out for 3 months now and still haven't received our deposit. After they "sent it to the property" we moved out of. They never reply to emails or calls when you leave a message. Just not a good place to rent from. They were awesome at first. But I don't recommend. My husband is deployed at the minute also, so you'd think they would have their stuff together to make things easier on you. I agree with Stephanie page (below) she has hit every problem dead on! They are terrible!!!! I drove out of my way to inquire about my deposit again, and of course bob was out of town and no action was taken to cut a new one, as he said he would. Just stupid."
