"A Plus Realty has provided me and my family with Realty services as a property manager for the past 6 years! Every question or situation the has came to their or my attention, has always been handled in a quick, yet professionally analyzed matter that had my better interest in mind. All files and or recorded or stored paperwork/documents that was requested, has always been accessible to me at my every need. "BEWARE!!!!!! I rented from this money hungry business for 1 year. I moved into the home and was shown the home without any power on or running water. But I started a new job within a week and needed to find the most suitable place. Upon moving in I realized the home was pretty dirty. As if someone just moved out and didn’t bother to clean. Oh well, I guess. After moving in, and cleaning up I decided to take a hot shower, well the hot water main had calcified due to the hard water. This wouldn’t have occurred if this business wasn’t so cheap to turn the water off in between each tenant. Other than that had no problems. It wasn’t until the move out, that is where the scam came into play. They give a extremely detailed cleaning check off list, which I took as a sign to follow as I expected them to be hard on the move out inspection. I cleaned the house from top to bottom, and even made some minor repairs that were noted in the move out inspection. But right at the very end this lady decides to pull back the refrigerator and found dust on the power cord. I was charged $400 for a cleaned crew to come in and clean the home since I failed the move out inspection due to excessive dust. I asked if I could get and invoice for the cleaning charges to see that that’s where the $400 went and was denied, but thanked for making the repairs on the home. Look elsewhere!!!!!!"
