"During our recent stay at the Marriott in July, our family encountered an unsatisfactory experience that left a lasting negative impression. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lorita Oliver, a highly professional and courteous manager. However, after an initial promising start, our experience took a dramatic turn for the worse. We spent four days at the hotel, and our room was only serviced once during that period. This is an unacceptable standard, especially considering the fact that our party consisted of four individuals. After voicing our concerns to Lorita and the executive housekeeper, no improvements were made. The housekeeping staff failed to address even basic issues such as changing trash and making up the beds, despite our lengthy stay. Despite the head housekeeper's assurance that our room would be cleaned that day, it remained untouched. This level of service is deeply concerning and unacceptable. It is evident that the hotel could benefit from a comprehensive refurbishment. The online images do not accurately represent the rooms' cleanliness, as they were far from being maintained during our stay. In an effort to rectify this situation, I have contacted Marriott Rewards to request a refund of my points and to bring their attention to the subpar housekeeping services provided at the hotel. Regrettably, we have no intentions of returning to this establishment."
"Great place right off 95 with easy access. Staff is incredible!! We couldn't find our cat and looked every where. Courtney one of the staff was able to find him in the box spring! Courtney saved our trip and our cat's life!!!! Thank you Courtney!!!!!!!!"
"The room was musty and stale and there were blood spots on the fitted sheet. The room was 80 degrees when we arrived. The desk clerk move us to another room down the hall. The sheets were clean and the temperature correct, but the room was still musty and stale. The hotel was worn out and needs to be remodeled. I do not recommend"
"Marriott members So wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. And found this place that was near our location that we were going the next day. So stayed here Staff was nice, But the first room was horrible so we had to change rooms. The room smelled weird ( like stink bugs) not sure if that’s what it was. But once you walked into it it smelled. Then the ac was broken like the plastic parts were broke. Then the living area had no tv. Which was odd since the pics online showed a tv there So we switched rooms. That room was a lot better. They put us in the handicap room. Guess there was no regular rooms left? The food was good. But they didn’t have cream cheese. Would I stay here again? Probably not since I won’t be staying in Kingsland again. The pool was nice. But kinda cold. Hot tub was nice. The beds were comfy. Only things I could say is maybe remodel the rooms."
"This hotel is just alright, the rooms were clean, the hotel staff was really friendly, and very helpful! The free breakfast was good too. Two things that I didn’t like was the smell. It smelled really weird I’m not sure how to describe it, and the beds were really firm."
