"Amanda Tousant is without a doubt the most dedicated, caring, and thoughtful new home agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with! We were looking at relocating from SC to GA and spent 3 months working together with multiple trips down and constant communication over text and email. She was always quick to respond and never seemed bother to answer my laundry list of random questions. She was also great about setting up Zoom meetings to go over documents face to face and step through every option. As we are military, we were still waiting on official orders from the military and even though it wasn’t a guarantee we would move there and it was going to be at least three months, she never made us feel less important and never stopped trying to explore creative ways to make our situation work. In the end, we did not get the orders so we weren’t able to purchase with Maronda but if I ever get the opportunity to live in an area where Maronda is building, you can bet they will get my business any time! If you want the best service, easiest transaction, and an advocate for you……go see Amanda! You will not be disappointed!"
