"It’s clear this hotel needs a LOT of work. My family immediately left and got our money back. The hotel smelled of mildew upon entering the hotel. The room was even worse and damp throughout. Every surface was damp and the floors slick with moisture. The toilet tissue holder was barely hanging onto the wall. Rooms did not appear clean or up to standard. The receptionist said they were “due for renovations” but it appears it’s had these issues for over a year. If you want to feel like you are camping outside and sleeping in the damp air, this is the perfect place."

"Our room was decent. My only problem with the room was that our sheets were damp when we got into our bed at night... I wouldn't recommend relying on their breakfast. It was very minimal, even for a hotel breakfast. Also, the attendant started to clear it out before breakfast was over so go early!"

"The room was not clean, nor the bathroom. The room had an odor to it. We had to go get our own towels. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. I did not receive the room with two beds that we asked for. My son said his bed was damp, It was just an overall bad experience for us."

"Front desk during check in and out were very nice. We stayed on 3rd floor.Rug in hallway was coming up and a trip hazard. The room had too much humidity- felt damp floor, bedding, air. The rug needed a deep clean vacuuming. Two of the pillows were missing pillow cases."

"Rooms were nasty. And the floor was not vacuumed. The microwave and refrigerator was nasty. There was no soap in the bathrooms and we even had the nightclub to come in to assess the 1st room that we were given so that way she could see what we were saying. The next day the manager was a very rude and unpleasant individual. She basically told us to leave her hotel because we were complaining about the conditions. And we asked for a discount due to the uncomfortableness that we were experiencing at their facility. But mind you that We had our disabled mother with us as well who was on a walker there was a nightstand blocking the doorway when we first walked into the room that we ran straight into and was hurt by it which is also a fire hazard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it is that bad but the excuse that they gave was that it was under New Management. Right"
