"Dropped off 9 items for dry cleaning or laundry. Picked it up a few days later and was shocked to get an $80 bill. My linen shirts looked like they were slept in. Stay away from that place."
"If it were possible to give negative stars I would give them a -5. I took my suit in to have it cleaned and pressed. When I picked it up The jacket had blistering/puckering all over both side of the front. The suit was completely covered with hair and lint and the pants had similar bubbling along the seams and wrinkles through out. When I pointed these things out, the cleaner agreed to redo the suit. I wish I would NOT have given them a second chance! When I picked up my for the second time it was completely ruined! The jacket has blistering all over the front, the pants also have blistering and have a new stain that was NOT there when I dropped it off, the entire thing has some sort of iridescent spots, and it is still incorrectly pressed and still completely covered with hair and lint! When I pointed out the blistering on the jacket, I was told that this was a result of repeated dry cleaning that affects the glue that holds the lining in place. I've worn this suit TWO times! In addition, the pants are blistered too... and they're not lined! They recommended I contact the manufacturer of the suit. When I brought up the stain on the pants, I was told that stain was there when I brought the suit in. I know that stain was not there! And hypothetically, even if "it was," isn't the point of taking something to the dry cleaner to have it cleaned?!?! This brings me full circle to the original complaint, which was that the entire suit was completely covered in hair and lint, and incorrectly pressed. It still is, it is just now also completely ruined and unwearable."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT take your wedding dress here. I took mine in with a small stain and it came back in tatters. The broach that had been sewn onto the waist was missing, the lace ripped, and the very expensive fabric overwashed and looking like cotton. I was devastated."
"Horrible communication and customer service. I brought a garment in for alteration on a Tuesday and was offered the option to have my garment "rushed" to be available on that Friday. At the time, I was impressed with this speedy option; however, I received a call late afternoon on that Friday, as I was on the way to pick up my garment, informing me that it would not be ready. I was assured that the item would be available for pick-up early the next week; however, this was not the case. I called to check on the status of my garment that Friday, and the staff member stated that she was "unsure" of where my garment was and didn't know when it would be ready. When I expressed my discontent with their service, I was again assured that my garment would be ready early the following week and that I would receive a call when it was available. No one ever called, but when I called on the following Thursday, my garment was there. When I again expressed my discontent and informed the staff member that I would not be doing business at Valet again, they cautiously offered their apologies and indicated that their alterations person was "on vacation for two or three weeks." Well, that would have been nice to know."
"I want to thank the staff for all their help. Let's just say I came in last minute for a suit/tux for my son for homecoming. Last minute meaning 430 pm 2 nights before I needed the suit. My son had to be measured and the measurements has to be sent out. Suit came in next day. It fit perfectly! They were very professional and fast. Thank you so much."
