"I find my way here every week, and although I am not fond of the large number of self-checkouts, i always find the cashiers to be efficient and friendly...that human interaction is irreplaceable! I find the store to be clean and orderly, and associates working throughout the aisles have always been happy to assist."
"Dear Customer Service, I wanted to share my recent experience at your store while shopping for an electronic scooter. Let me start by saying that my excitement was through the roof as it was my first time visiting from Jax. Upon entering, I approached a friendly gentleman near the toy department who happened to be a team lead. He kindly assisted me in finding the scooter I needed, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. However, I noticed a slight discomfort during checkout when two young ladies at the front door seemed to be closely observing me and my grandchildren. It felt odd if we were being scrutinized differently than other customers. Nevertheless, I wanted to provide this feedback for your consideration. Despite this minor setback, I truly appreciate the exceptional service from your team lead. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to have the opportunity to shop at your store again in the future."
"Charles was great the couple of times he helped me in the fabric center. He kept it professional and friendly. He deserves a black belt in fabric karate!"
"0 stars. Why do I have to give my receipt to a man at the door? My self service checkout is scrutinized by cameras and store personnel while I'm scanning my 2-3 purchases that I then put in the cart with no bags. Why then do they need to handle and inspect my receipt also? Do I want it back? No, not after your covid germs are on it. It's demeaning and disgusting to have to have your purchases scrutinized on the way out the door. Doesn't matter if you go through a cashier for checkout either that they put in bags themselves, that nasty "security" man at the door will have you dump everything out at the door and have every item inspected and your receipt checked. It's an outrageous thing to do to honest customers. Are they checking us or the cashiers? Thinking they're slipping a few freebies in the bag?? A truly negative experience. I'll take my business elsewhere, instead."
"I visit this Walmart often because I live nearby. This store is smaller than the average Walmart, but it has all of the basics. They are currently doing some remodeling and changing things around, but you will be able to move around this. We get a lot of Visitors on Amelia Island, and I’m sure they would find the store convenient and unique. This is not a grocery store, but they have some basic food items. Bread, milk, cheese, soft drinks, can goods and plenty of snacks. They also carry beer, wine and ice. There is a Pharmacy, and the carry otc medicines, and toiletries. The do not carry fresh vegetables, nor do they have fresh meats. They do have several cold cases for eggs, cold cuts etc. There are several self checkouts. One or two Clerk Cashiers. This store will surprise you. I do recommend it."
