They are a DoD contractor and it would not be unexpected to not take unsolicited phone calls that are have no relation to their business objective. It is of no surprise they "never returned" phone calls, if anything it speaks to "Ms. Val The Tax Lady" having no understanding of the local businesses and lack of doing ANY research before contacting a company and writing a negative review. General Dynamics Electric Boat will do just fine with their taxes without her "assistance"."
