From their first response to our message through Facebook Messenger, to being greeted the very next morning by Mr. Charles, then Deb, and to ultimately having major work done to our vehicle by Jordan & Mike, I'm so overwhelmed by how professional, courteous, incredibly entertaining (Mr. Charles) and helpful the MDC family was to ours. We are super thankful for the dedicated time they put into getting us squared away to ensure we were safely able to make it home, as we were a little over 4 hours away from home. "While visiting the area with my three sisters, we noticed our tire was low on air & it kept losing air overnight. Luckily we saw MDC from the highway. We stopped without calling & without an appointment. We explained we were visiting & were over 2 hours from home. We explained the trouble we were experiencing, & without hesitation, the co-owner, Deb, went to get her husband, the other co-owner, from the back. He said he’d take a look & do what he could to help us. In a few minutes he came back out to show us the 2 pieces of metal that he retrieved from our tire. He said to give him 45 minutes & he’d have us back on the road. About 40 minutes later he was finished. He charged us a VERY reasonable price to repair the 2 ‘holes’ in our tire. This business is owned & operated by a very amazing & wonderful couple that we are so glad we met. I HIGHLY recommend this family owned business for your mechanic needs. Or, just stop by to say hi & make new friends. I can’t express how nice & great our experience was with them & their service. I will definitely use again if I’m in the area."

"Mu husband and I brought multiple vehicles here. We ALWYAS asked them to call us BEFORE preforming any services with a quote, but that did not happen. There was always some silly excuse as to why they are totally comfortable spending our money, or "robbery without a gun" as another comment cleverly stated. But we kept blowing it off, we really thought these were good people, and we wanted to support them. But within the past year a lot has changed, although I am not sure what. We took my husband's truck for a tune up before he started driving it longer distances again. After the tune up, he needed a new radiator. This was confusing and frustrating but we understand, his truck is old and things happen. After the new radiator was installed, my husband broke down on the side of the road because he had NO TRANSMISSION FLUID. Naturally, now he needed a new transmission. Since the transmission was working perfectly fine before taking his truck to MDC, we insisted they replace it. The transmission was replaced at no cost, but of course they found another bogus few hundred dollars we owed for this "warrantied transmission." Then, less than 300 miles later, the truck breaks down again....keep in mind, we took it in for a tune up. When my husband took his truck back to be looked at again, Mike - one of the owners, said his truck (which had already been moved from the parking lot to a bay) was "too hard to start" and he would have to pay for a new starter before they would agree to look at THEIR WORK. The truck started easy enough to get it back to the parking lot...but the truck still won't run. The most heartbreaking part of it all, Mike told my husband "it was time for him to start giving and stop taking."
