"I am new to the area and equally new to tractors. I recently bought a new Kubota BX2380 and decided needed a 3rd function valve since I am interested in a grapple. I could not find one local so I ordered one from Summit Hydraulics after seeing one on You-tube. Though I am a fair mechanic, I felt I had too much invested to not have it installed professionally. I went to Amrine Equipment (a shameless plug) in Clayton and they recommended Harmon Heavy. I called John and got on the schedule. Yesterday a fine young man arrived and did the job. He was professional but friendly. He answered all my questions and was a wealth of knowledge about things I wanted to know. Their rate was pretty high but I am 100% satisfied with the work and would/will definitely call them again if I need more. They come highly recommended by me."

"I contacted John on August the 5th about a Fuel/Electrical issue I was having on a Takeuchi skidsteer of mine. The first question I asked was have you ever performed any work on a machine like this his answer was YES. The second question was do you have diagnostic equipment that is compatible for this machine his answer was YES. He asked for me to send him a picture of the serial number and date of manufacture so he could do some research prior to coming out to the jobsite I sent all of that information to him the next morning. He told me he could come out on Monday August 10th. I contacted him early Monday morning just to confirm that he was still coming out he said yes,and again I asked for him to bring diagnostic equipment he said YES I will bring it. I met him at a store around 10:00 a.m and he followed me to the jobsite. When we arrived he began looking the machine over and told me he left the diagnostic equipment at the shop where it was being used by one of his employees. He tested relays and told me he would have to come back with the diagnostic equipment. He screwed out the main supply bushing going into the high pressure fuel rail and dropped some of the pieces down into the floor pan and lost them and said oops I will bring some new ones when I come back. He went to the rear of the machine and took the fan and radiator hoses off. He said I am going to leave and come back in the morning with diagnostics so I can determine what is going on, I said ok call me if you need anything. I waited until 5:00 pm on the 11th to call and check in he answered and said i didn't make it back over there today I am feeling sick and I don't have diagnostics that will plug into your machine. He said I am not going to leave you hanging though, even if I don't feel good in the morning I will send one of my employees and we will just fix it the old fashioned way and get you back going I said ok I really need it repaired. He nor an employee ever showed up today or even called me. This is the first time I have ever left a review on the internet but I want to hopefully save someone else the hassle and frustration I have experienced with this company."

"Semi broke down in town by the road . John came and worked in the freezing rain with traffic going by 90 miles an hour. Had to be towed.John had a tow truck and his crew come and haul truck and trailer in no time. He had truck fixed in 2 days working after hours. I HIGHLY recommend using him and his crew for all of your semi needs. It is 8 pm now and mark is still here trying to get me back out on the road . Thankyou to John and Mark for going WELL beyond in helping me and my wife get rig back on the road !"
