"I had Scott Home Improvement, come to replace overhead garage door base weather stripping because it was leaking, and when they fixed it, it was still leaking.And Scott Home Improvement sent someone out again to fix the problem.Doing the Strom Debby on yesterday and today is was still leaking.I paid money $227.00 and it wasn't cheap,because they want you to pay before anyone comes out to fix the problem.I am so bothered and want be calling them again. You only told me about adding the floor stripping after you said let's try to replace the overhead first, you also said it cost $350.00 for both, point is when he came back out he didn't bring the piece for the floor, and I don't lie, so don't try to make it look like I didn't want the floor strip.The only thing is I came and asked you what I needed to do for the leak, you said let's try this first, and you are the owner.And your handy man was telling me and my husband what else we can maybe do if this doesn't work, I told him, that's why we paid your company to come out I am not going to do anything, it's y'all job to stop the leak,so don't lie on us.You got over, but next time they might just take you to court. And you will reap what you sow.And your handy man also told my husband if used the floor piece and keep running over it, it will also wear out."

"I am a retired Army Veteran who called for an estimate. They scheduled one date then they called and asked if they can come a day early. 15 minutes later a gentleman comes to my door walks through my home and tells me he will get me an estimate by the end of the week. This was a week and a half ago and I am still waiting for an estimate. Not sure why my time was wasted but this was unprofessional in my opinion."
