"I have lived in Grand woods south since 2015 and I love it here. It's quiet here especially in the fall and winter, a lot of seniors live within the park and not a lot of riff Raff like other parks. The neighbors are friendly and almost everyone keeps up their lots, they take pride in them. The owners are nice and the rent on the lots is reasonable. It's within walking distance of all kinds of stores and restaurants and a short 10 minute drive to the Wildwoods and 20 minute drive to Cape May."

"My mother-in-law and her wife live in this lovely accommodation manufacturing homes in Rio grande New Jersey it's a nice place very spacious it's okay I mean they have a pool and everything like that in the area but I can't even buy a home in there because of my credit or because of this and that so me and my husband are going to be living out of our car somewhere in this town will be sitting in the car with our dog that's on her last legs of living no one wants to help but all in all the places sufficient it's nice my mother-in-law and her wife love it I just wish we can buy a house in there have a home cuz right now we don't"
"My grandmother lived here in the 1980s and 1990s. My extended family still does at times. Fond memories of being a very young child and spending time at the little pond in the rear of the complex. Miss the various iterations of the playground that used to be at the far end of the complex though. The pool was also always a welcome respite on days when we did not go to the beach."
