"Assistance here is horrible! When a customer comes to get supplies for, a job they are doing for their business, and it take 20-30 minutes standing there waiting for assistance to get products they have locked behind cages that is just horrible service, we don't have all day you know, hire more people and clearly have your staff act like they are getting that pay check for actually doing some work!"

Not Important:

"Never buy a lawnmower from Lowes/Kobalt. I’ve had one for a couple years and the first thing they did was discontinue the blades that come with the lawnmower. The battery is only a couple years old and is dying before I can even get halfway through my yard. Its embarrassing and disheartening that Lowes would CONTINUE to sell the lawnmower I have knowing full well you will never find blades for it. Horrible company to work for as they use tactics against unionizing WHILE TRAINING. Horrible brand, horrible products."

U Do It:

"The Rio Grande Lowes is one of my favorite stores and is U Do It approved. I have been shopping at this store for 9 years. Until recently (you know) they always had a good supply of materials and tools. And even with (you know) they are still managing to maintain a decent supply. Be aware that this is a different shopping pattern. If you expect to come down here before Memorial Day or shortly after and buy cleaning supplies you may be disappointed as everyone else is doing that too. Other than that their supply is decently maintained. Update 2022-05-29 lots of stock and good sales for rhe holiday weekend."
