"With Brandon's help, we just sold our house. The house was under the contract 3 days after being listed and was sold at the price beyond our imagination. Before we opened our house, his family made our house and exhibition studio. They brought in furniture, paintings, beddings, and flowers. It was sophisticated but not showy, artistic but warm, neat but natural. 5. Helping us to sell the house is not all what Brandon did for us. He also helped his client to find the next residence and make sure they can find a home after selling the house, if they don't have a plan yet. I think that is beyond what a conventional realtor will do for his client. Brandon is not just a realtor.
