"I stayed at this hotel with my family, and was very unimpressed with service provided. To start- the hotel rooms are very bare bones, and don't have the basics of proper lighting or even bench to keep your things. This would have been manageable- if I didn't also notice to slight mold forming on the bath tubs. Of course, that will happen to any bathroom - but as there is no proper exhaust installed in the bathrooms- of course this issue gets worse. These things have to be regularly maintained. As well, the staff were not willing to provide housekeeping. There is signage to say that housekeeping will be provided every other day, but that frankly doesn't make sense when you have a guest that is only staying for 1.5 days. These things need to be adjusted- and the fact that it wasn't meant that they basically put their hands up and said sorry - we can't do anything. Lastly, my mother saw that the 2% milk was spoiled during breakfast, and the staff said they would get to it eventually. That is unacceptable. Many people could have gotten sick! There should be a promptness when it comes to food safety. The location is fine, thats not a problem, and it served the purpose we needed. But these things I've indicated are totally solvable and can be implemented by management. I really hate being the person who gripes about customer service- I definetely don't know what the working conditions are at this location - but if management sees this- you need to improve these services."
"Do not stay here at any cost - I wouldn't stay here for free. Bed bugs and bad service. Pros: cheap. Free breakfast. Cons: Room was unclean and disheveled, customer service not good. Room filled with bugs, and carpet felt unclean. I left with 17 super itchy red welts on my arms and legs that the staff said may be from "their super strong hotel-grade laundry detergent" (but a completely unrelated note is that the bed in the first room had a double zippered mattress protector, often meant for bed bugs, while the second room we were swapped to had just a pillow top...seems they very well knew about the pest problem and yet still never apologized, never reimbursed me for the horrible stay, and never admitted they had a problem)."
"First of all, I pre-booked a room and they canceled my pre-booking. The pre-booked a room is because I needed a room early in the morning! When I called them to make sure everything's was OK they told me that the reservation was canceled. Due to a no show! But they still charged me! So what's the reason I pre-booked it to begin with? The. I bought something chips from the front desk, and all 3 of them were expired! On my check out, at 11:45am they blocked my key card, because i was supposed to leave the room at 11am! Really?? The the lady at the front deck gave me an attitude saying "the check out is at 11 sir!" I told her that I've been to the specific hotel more a lot of times, "as that a a member too" but she didn't seem to care at all! Then she supposedly activate my key card, but she didn't. I have to go up to the room 3 times just to tell me ok go against and I'll send someone to open it for you! Very very disappointing and you guys lost a customer that was at you hotel 3-4 times a year."
"My family of 5 stayed in the studio 2 queen size bed room. It also consist of a pull out sofa bed. The room was spacious for 5 people. The beds were comfortable, pillows were small and not great. The room and bathroom were clean. The sheets for the pull out sofa bed needed to be changed so we requested clean sheets. The staff were friendly however requested sheets and towels we were told that they would send some to the room no one showed up. If you need something just go to the front desk yourself to get it; which we ended up doing. They do provide complimentary breakfast , which was okay. I really liked the fact that they provided full size shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. I know it may sound like it's not a big deal but many hotels are not providing that these days. We would definitely stay there again."
"Great experience. We did have an issue with our digital key not loading on the app, but the front desk was able to quickly get us keys and send us on our way. The hotel is easily accessible and in a seemingly safe area. The room was well maintained and clean. We were on the top floor and heard no outside noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms. The pool and breakfast areas were also well kept and the breakfast room had ample seating. Breakfast was the typical Hampton fare, but I was happy to find individual bottles of milk in the cooler with the yogurt."
