"If I could rate a zero I would. I bought a condominium in Hamilton during the height of Covid. It was my first time buying a home. I went to closing by myself without my attorney or realtor because of Covid restrictions. The woman from this office that performed the closing was very rude and condescending. At the time I was working on average 50 hours a week. There were months of delays due to the sellers being in Portugal and from Covid restrictions. My mortgage company told me months prior that there secured me homeowners insurance and the days leading up to closing they told me i was set for closing and had everything I needed. The agent at closing asked me if I had insurance and I said "My mortgage company said they were obtaining it for me months ago and just told me that I was ready for closing so as far as I know I do." Again I had no experience and didn't have the benefit of any representation from the professionals that I hired. She got very condescending and said "You don't know?" And then she got up left the room and said to someone I couldn't see "Did you hear him? He said his mortgage company told him he was ready for closing and they'd get him insurance but he doesn't know." And she laughed. Then she asked if I wanted my deed emailed to me or did I want them to get me a paper hard copy. I said I wanted them to get me a hard copy and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. She was very rude and unprofessional as were others in that office. I won't ever forget that experience. The signing agents name I'm sure is on my paperwork."

After home owners pointed out her shady behaviour, she dropped them as a client in the MIDDLE of pending contract. We reached out Cynthia’s office manager, at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Robbinsville location, and the manager was not accommodating/didn’t step in to finalize the sale or offer a different agent from her office."
