Reviews
"We worked with Laura Sipaviciute over the last few weeks and she is a very helpful, responsive and a lovely person. Our situation did not work out but Laura was amazing and did her best to help us find what we were looking for."
"We had the privilege of working with Kevin Jennings when buying our first house and he is an incredible agent. He was available at all times of the day for questions and showings. He had all information printed out for us on every showing, which made the process so much less stressful. Being first time buyers, it can be very stressful and intimidating but Kevin made it so easy and had our best interest in mind the whole time. We would recommend him over and over again and we will definitely work with him in the future!"
"The good reviews must have either been paid or are from those who are good friends with Weichert. Dan and Anne O’connel took over my listing after one Weichert employee left to go to Berkshire and Hathaway. Dan and Anne’s communication have been less than perfect and made no progress to get my house sold. My house has been on the market for almost a year, despite multiple price drops and the house has been all fixed up. The other agent, Howard Agree, talks to me in a condescending way, so maybe he’s tracking to buyers that way and is repelling them. Weichert refuses to let me cancel the contract so I could sell my house to a home-buying company. They’re holding my property hostage and I’m in foreclosure. The only way out of this is to let my house go to auction so am investir can buy it. I never recommend Weichert to anyone."
"Found this Weichert online and went with them because of their Google rating. Sadly my experience was nothing short of sub par. I was put in touch with a realtor named Dan O'Connell (going under Anne & Dan O'Connell) and I've never felt more led on. During the two weeks of being in touch he came across as very professional and caring, but his communication was atrocious. I had to constantly reach out to him to get the ball rolling on things. He frequently didn't answer my calls and told me he would call me back and never did. We even had house viewings that was scheduled for May 20. I never heard from him. They wasted my time and money. Definately keeping these guys far off my list going forward."
"These folks went around and stuck their advertising signs in the lawns of the entire neighborhood attached to little American flags without asking anyone. I thought advertising usually cost money?"
