"Gate has been stuck wide open and the only 2 elevators have been broken since May 16, 2024. We would leave, but our heavy furniture is being held hostage until elevators are fixed. During this time, our monthly rate increased 18%. Having no elevator access for months is likely an ADA violation as well. Go elsewhere!"

"I rented a unit from Cube Smart in 2017 for about $58 per month. In 2019 it increased to about $67. This increase was not unexpected. But since 2019 it increased to over $150. This was an example of corporate greed it I ever saw it. If I need a storage unit in the future I will look at some of the many competitors in the area."
