"I am a Loan Officer and worked with the Buyer on 1 purchase and this Realtor on several deals. This negative review is not true. The Buyer was constantly abusive. This included yelling and cursing at the team trying to help her purchase a home. Every contact with this buyer was met with her anger Including telling us what we need and do not need to complete a purchase, with a few curses. She had some complexity in her application, which requires more explanations and documents. She does not respect the process and the people helping her. This review is her revenge for being upset by Purchasing a Home with a Mortgage."
"Terrible service. Dellaria cares only for the money. He is very disrespectful and will not do anything except taking his commissions. Plus he imposes extra charges on you saying that it is his assistant cost. That assistant did nothing. When I asked him to help me to rent the house he said the it is not his business. It is pity that he put a shadow on whole Keller William reputation as this is very respectful company. But definitely find another agent."
