"If I could give this no stars I would. This team is a very unethical and dishonest associates that do anything and lying to close the deal. Paul and Sarah only have their best interest in mind not the clients. Paul and Sarah showed Sarah's family home to my family whom the home belongs to Sarah's father and Sarah failed to disclose that information, just as well as Paul. Paul and the landlord his father in law kept their personal property on the property without disclosing the cars belonging to them for 9 months which hindered our use to enter the garage with our car and caused a couple grand dollars due to conniving trio family slum lords at 2113 Laurel Ridge Rd East Stroudsburg. From the above to multiple other requests ignored for 3 quarters of our lease such as a non working heating and a/c unit that they used our security deposit to get a new one installed, a broken laundry unit, up to continuous mold in the home in which the slumlord wanted to blame us. There were water leaks/spots upon us moving in that were "fixed, " all requests that were mostly denied Don't be fooled by the Paul A James Team of Better Homes and Garden, nor trust them as far as you can see them... Sarah will act as the lister and then advise Paul will do the showing so that she can work from the backcourt to strongarm you into something that sounds good but really is a total disaster. Run and beware, they do not care...they are liars. If anyone would like any information respond and i will inform you to save you the troubles of a headache and wasting money."
