"Went in to replace brake pads but had no idea what I was doing. Helpful volunteers explained everything and assisted me. $12 in total. Only drawback was a little bit of a wait so consider making an appointment. Overall awesome initiative and great service im thrilled."
"Absolutely the best place for kids bikes. If your kids are like mine, they will drop their bikes, leave them out in the rain, and generally abuse them. So getting a great used bike at a super price is exactly what I want. Last visit we went in looking to drop off two bikes and get two more. Didn’t have any that my son liked & fit and we ended up fixing up the bike he was going to donate instead. He learned how to replace the seat and pedals and left with a huge smile on his face. My daughter found a fantastic classic style Schwinn girls bike. We will be back again when they outgrow these!"
"This was our second visit. This is by far the best place to buy bikes, we spent $10 on the first bike we bought here 2 yrs ago(for a 7 yr old), and this time around we spent $110 on two bikes(for a 9 yr old and 12 yr old). They have a wide assortment of donated parts, a full repair shop anyone can utilize, and the inventory is always changing as new donations come in."
"Came in with a decent mountain bike that I just broke the derailleur on. (The thing that changes the back gears). Josh operated the shop in a very professional manner and was incredibly helpful. Multitasking between helping 2 other customers and promptly getting me what I needed. I ultimately ended up buying a whole new bike with a lock because of the shop, the services and the salesmanship. They also have classes on bike repairs as well as a Youth Workshop on Wednesday evenings. You'd expect a bike shop to just sell you a bike and send you out the door. They'll teach you to FIX it, too!! This place is the absolute TRUTH!!!"
"Brilliant idea connecting bikes with people who need them. Learn to repair and maintain your bike. Buy or donate new and used parts. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood."
