"I can not say enough about CrossFit Turbocharged. I joined this gym at the age of 43 with their free trial period with absolutely zero CrossFit experience. I was doing pretty basic stuff in the commercial gyms prior. So basically I went from "Couch to CrossFit". I am almost 49 now and let me tell you it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
