"I’ve used Walmart Tire and Auto services most of my life, so when I came here I expected the same great customer service. I could not have been more wrong. If you don’t have an appointment don’t even bother going. Don’t try to call. They will tell you the auto center phone is broken if you call the main customer service line. It’s not. They just refuse to answer the phone. If you do have an appointment, plan to be there all day. And then, plan to have to come back because the job wasn’t done right…or at all. I had an oil change, tire rotation and flat tire repair. Two weeks later I get a low tire pressure warning. I go to Look and the same screw is still in my tire! Took the car back to them to actually fix it (couldn’t call ahead because remember, their phone doesn’t work) and they tell me that IF they can get to it, it will be hours. Do not waste your time."

"HORRIBLE...I purchased 3 cases of water, as i headed to the exit with my receipt in hand there was a man at the exit door that was checking receipts. He did not check the two ladies that had both of their hands full of merchandise...when i was next he snatched the receipt out of my hand and verified I had 3 cases of water....I asked him why did he fail to check the ladies receipt. He said he did not have to check them....i reported this to manager michelle...."

"Took my car for a simple battery change. They did it and it took 1 hour. So far so good and I came home happily. Thankfully my husband checked the battery and we found out that it wasn’t installed properly. The battery was was not secure and was moving around and they also messed up the battery terminals."

"This store is okay. It's your typical, small Walmart. Wish they had a bigger grocery department; no produce. Gets fairly busy, as well. However, they have a good tool and automotive department. They even have self-checkout lanes."
