"I am a college athlete and I purchased a stick here last September. Within a month that I got the stick it broke and I sent it back to get fixed. I played only two weeks with it and now I am starting to play again and it is broken once again. The women who I spoke to on the phone was extremely unsympathetic and rude. She did not help me out one bit and told me there is nothing she could do. I asked if she could talk to the company and she said they will say the same thing. The stick was extremely expensive and it disappointed me that the lady on the phone wouldn't even give me a discount for a new stick. RIDICULOUS!!!! I took matters into my own hands and contacted the company of the stick and they were more than happy to help me despite what she said on the phone. Shows to go how helpful the people are at her sport. Never buy a stick from here."
