"JB Cycle was very professional and courteous. They did a full service on my CanAm 850 and was able to get it in the shop and back to me, within a few days. Jake checked the an issue with the winch recommended that I replace the metal cable with a synthetic strap and had the parts in stock. When I picked it up, I noticed that they had cleaned and wiped down the entire machine. I would highly recommend going there for service."

"I know lots of people have rave reviews but that wasn’t my case. We brought our quad here, my son had a very bad accident and flipped it a few times going 75 mph. Now while I do know that it was a lot of work to be done, i definitely paid for it. The quad was there for over 6 weeks, a lot of that time was “waiting on parts” and while that may be true I wish they would have contacted me and I would have done the work to not only get parts for half the price but quicker. We gave them brand new tires on the quad, vent spews on them 100% and got the ATV back with absolutely no spews in the middle of the tires. Yes they have to ride it to check it out but not enough to loose them totally. Obviously our bike was taken out for joyrides… And now we need to get new tires which are not cheap. We paid them a total of $6000.00 and got the quad home and within five minutes of writing it on our street the coolant light came on so we called them, and they told us that there’s nothing they could do It wasn’t their fault- You guys did $6000 worth of work and within five minutes of us riding it The coolant light going on Had nothing to do with you and wasn’t your error? Coolant was completely gone from the Tank after writing it we still don’t know where the coolant went into. We took it somewhere else which we told them our entire story They did us the favor and fixed it correctly without charging us much. Another thing when we were going over the parts before we paid, we clearly told them that we would purchase an axle because there was a specific one we wanted, In the end, they ended up ordering an axle and telling us that they couldn’t return it so we had to take it and pay $200 for it. Bottom line lesson learned. Just beware, do not leave your bike here too long or else it will go out for joyrides as if they are not locked up overnight I heard."
