"It a bit cluttered but the owner will negotiate with the many many items"
"Lots to look through,.nice people, love my big Pumpkin!.will be back .!"
"Great place!! Sunday is the best day for outdoor tables.. Saturdays seems to be hit or miss with vendors… yard sale feel with people at tables although some are there every week so you get to know them a bit. A guy named Wess is in the back always has a fresh truck of either clean outs or estate sale stuff at a reasonable price.. Angelo is the owner of the building and property and has been in the game for a long time… Really nice guy and will work with you on pricing but he knows his stuff so he stays firm on things of value. I go almost every weekend and between vendors, Wess, and Angelo I always find vintage cool things to keep or flip…"
"This place is a treasure trove of Americana, IF you can survive the gauntlet of piles and piles of useful and useless stuff thrown everywhere. Sadly, it is obvious that this place is stocked with estate sale items that nobody wanted. The building has no organization, and you can walk around and see that it's all just thrown around. One worry is that this place is a complete fire trap. There are no sprinkler systems and no visible fire extinguishers and no fire exits. I was almost trapped in the one toy section. I cut my leg on some items that had sharp edges that were sticking out and I swear, that if the place caught fire, I would have died, because it felt like being in a hoarders house with everything just randomly piled up everywhere. The staff is friendly bit they are not trying to sell this stuff at reasonable prices. The guy there is trying to get auction prices or ebay prices. I see little to no value in buying something from an overstuffed place like that, where there is no room for me to also make a profit. Be careful, be aware and be safe walking around inside this establishment."
