"I don't know what guy they had answering the pharmacy phone this morning but he couldn't have been more rude and clearly had zero customer service skills. I asked about the cash price of a medication and he had no idea what I was talking about, then just either left the phone on the counter or just stopped talking/responding to me for long periods of time. For my first time calling this pharmacy it was an extremely poor experience."

"The pharmacist Trang at this location is top notch. She is one of the good ones left! This lady was thorough, kind, and patient! The ladies behind the counter were great too! You can see everybody works together to get the job done! I’ve been on the phone 2 days to get 2 shots for college entrance. This was the only local pharmacy that picked up the phone, answered questions , and follow through. I might drive from Phillipsburg over here to fill my prescriptions moving forward. Thank you for helping me in this tough situation."

"I moved here approximately 3 years ago and dam if I could remember names! But from the pharmacist to the people behind the counter such nice and helpful people! They close their pharmacy for only 1/2 hour they should take an hour for lunch to regroup I think! Anyway thank you for being there! Hats off to you peeps very stressful but you folks are excellent"

"Never been more frustrated by pharmacy team. How do you tell someone a specific time for pickup for a prescription and then make them wait for 20 minutes because it's not ready and tell that said customer too bad. Poor service, what is the point of your refill line."

"Rite-Aid was great, the staff were pleasant and courteous. They were knowledgeable about their job. The pharmacist was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the questions I had asked her. She responded to my every question with sincerity and kindness. Cautioned me on some of the meds and gave good advice for the others. I really appreciate having a place like Rite-Aid close to home.
