"When Isaac came to give me an estimate to tear out my old driveway, widen it and create a little additional parking spot he went over each step of his process thoroughly. He did not assume I would not know what he was describing, he respectfully detailed each step and answered ALL my questions. The estimate was a fair price as my driveway was very long and 60 years old. He also came highly recommended by other clients of his. When he tore the old asphalt up he found a layer of very large rocks under the whole driveway. He called me and said if he laid the asphalt over these large rocks in time they would push through the asphalt and ruin my driveway. He said he needed to remove all the rocks (additional work on his part) and dispose of them then lay down ground stone before he could lay the asphalt down. I agreed to this. My point is, he didn’t have to go the extra mile and remove all those rocks then replace them w ground stone. He could have just put the asphalt on top of them without telling me and truthfully, I would never have known until the integrity of the driveway failed later on. He was honest and did the job right. I really appreciate this. And the finished product looks fantastic! A quality job by Whites Paving."
