"Horrible, John who is the owner is cocky, rude and a liar. He gave me 3 different quotes then tried to get about 75% upfront . I declined the 1st contract because it said nothing about the repairs we spoke about, the second one I signed, then he tried to give me a 3rd one with crazy requirements. I waited almost a month for him to do the work, only to have him back out at the last min because he didn't want to own up to his lies after I sent him screen shots of what he previously sent. This guy is not honorable or professional at all."
