"I was in the store for maybe 20 minutes, no one working there looked in my general direction. I asked for a sample, they don't have samples on-site of all what's shown in the showroom. They said they'd send the sample to my house which was very nice. It arrived after a few days and it's a totally different tile. I have to choose a tile by tomorrow to stay on schedule and it's not going to be Daltile."
