We had a tough time deciding on just about everything we selected and she spent way more time than she anticipated, I am sure! Have dealt with other local plumbing supply businesses and found that Ferguson's pricing was competitive and in some cases better than other local merchants."

Heather was patient and very informative saleswoman Jackie helped us as well right design advice and entertained our 2 year old while we shopped (for 2 hours!) They were able to explain things to us regarding a variety of items from sinks to faucets to mirrors to tiles and wallpaper and even toilets. Not the lowest prices in town but you get what you pay for because they really explain the importance of high quality."

"I’m in the process of remodeling my bathroom. On recommendation of my contractor I went to the Ferguson Showroom and was looking forward to speaking with an associate on some of the products. Well after browsing for nearly an hour, talking with my friend and looking at multiple items including looking through catalogs and books not a SINGLE associate even acknowledged my being there - not even a hello. Maybe my flannel and jeans made them think I couldn’t afford their products. Very poor business practice."

"Jamie was the absolute best! She was very attentive and really listened to my wishes and my design vision. After moving into our new place, we were beginning a remodel of our master bathroom. The previous owner just replaced the vanity faucets and shower rain head. They were brand new! Jamie was so honest that she recommended keeping them because they were a good brand, sleek and modern (my taste), and new. She picked out the coordinating fixtures for my shower and bathtub. Our shower hardware including the wand are terrific and the Mirabelle soaking tub with rainfall faucet has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jamie for your guidance and honesty!
