"came to get my cat checked up, did all the lab test and fecal test and shots to figure out what is wrong and they couldn’t figure it out 400$ later than came back for a recheck and charged 100$ for the follow up check. Asked how much it was to get a spay/neuter totals 400$+ PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. these are not normal prices and they are taking advantage of people who are oblivious. go to a humane society or a different vet even if you have to travel to savannah it’s cheaper and more transparent. Me and those i know will black list this place for now on."
"I had a pretty wonderful experience both times I went with my pups. Besides a bit of a wait it went very well. Affordable prices as well. The staff are super sweet and informative! The vet here is very thorough with explaining anything you may ask. I have a very fear aggressive pup who makes vet visits a super stressful day but the staff made everything a smooth and calm experience. They really helped him warm up and come out of his shell and even after a few pokes he still was wagging his tail and going up to them for some more pets! Im glad I found a place that my boy was treated so well at! Thank you to all the staff!!"
"I recently moved to Hinesville and my cat Bonnie recently started to have some issues. Figured i’d give this vet a try. The wait was a bit long (4:30 appointment) but the service was impeccable. The staff and Vet are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no doubts about their care with Bonnie and didn’t hesitate to answer any additional questions unrelated to her visit. The cost of the visit was relatively cheap as well. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but the bill was significantly cheaper than imagined. All in all this is a great animal clinic!"
"After my last interaction, I am really disappointed. I am currently traveling due to an emergency family situation. I am across the country with my dog caring for my parents and I notice he has a small pimple on his belly. Not a big deal because he doesn't notice it, but concerning for me as an overprotective pet parent that I decide to call. I figure they can at least offer advice since they had literally just done so + prescribed him Trazodone **over the phone 4 days before** and had seen him recently in the office/he is completely up-to-date on every preventative item. I call, explain the situation, offer to send pictures and pay for the phone advice, and the receptionist asks me if I want to make an appointment, right after i just explained I am across the country. I say no, as I said, I can offer pictures/payment/etc.. Receptionist tells me that they won't help without an exam. I understand there are policies in place, but again, this is a family emergency. my dog's record clearly shows he was in office recently (i.e. in good health and has a parent parent who is fully engaged in his care/livelihood), and this office JUST offered medical advice over the phone *days* before. Also, not that it really matters at this point, but the receptionist couldn't even bother to feign empathy over the phone and had inadequate listening skills. Edit: They replied saying they can't discuss medical issues over the phone. Ok sure, but why did you discuss a medical issue and give me advice + prescription a few days before over the phone if that is your policy? This inconsistency is confusing and needs to be addressed. You either can or can't and you're giving mixed messages in the same week."
"Just recently done my move from Florida to Georgia. Had to get my little doggie Took care of Georgia has big flea problems. The vet here took care of me lickety-split Price was OK for the most part, but Customer Service was a course outstanding they scanned in my doggies vet records from Florida scanned in her microchip. We are all set happy fur babies adults.."
