"Worst experience I had the Paul Pennachi & Sons. In 2020- They were to restore & stucco the complete exterior foundation - removing any loose decayed stucco of the foundation and apply Acrylic 60 Thoro bonding adhesive to the complete foundation. Then they were to apply new white stucco to the complete foundation with a smooth texture finish. First- the contractor that did the job was messy - adhesive spilled over the patio and garden wall- I had to call Paul to have them clean it up and they did. Then I told Paul that the color on the foundation wall looked dingy and brownish- he said it’s white. I disagree. I know it’s been 3 1/2 years since I had it done but the foundation looks horrible. I reached out to Paul via email in December and recently left a phone message but have not received a response. Would not recommend this company for any jobs."
