"This has to be the worst experience ever to get a Veteran ID done. I get here both people are extremely rude and not very helpful. When bringing my application up that I had to fill out the guy very rudely says “ did you fill out both side”. Then proceeds to tell me that it won’t be read for 30 to 60 minutes. Seems they really do not like their jobs here. If you guys are that miserable then I can assure you that there are plenty of people out there that would love your job. Great way to give a first impression of Kings Bay Naval Base!"
"Easy to get anything you need done with your CAC here. All of the staff ate friendly and helpful. You can walk in or setup an appointment. The wait is not usually very long. They can reset your PIN very quickly. Update: They're not very helpful if you're retiring."
