Sonic Drive-In

"As a first time patron at this specific Sonic I was not impressed. The stalls were full of trash and poorly maintained. I ordered two simple combo meals and after 45 minutes of waiting I pulled into the drive thru only to wait another 40 minutes before receiving the food. The food that was given was not fresh, it was overcooked (chicken and fries) hard and almost inedible. I took the L and pulled off, will not return. Do not recommend. As a former fast food employee I would like to wrap this up by saying that in no way do I blame the individual employees as it is clear that this is simply an issue of customers being litter bugs and being understaffed."

"Ridiculous to wait over 10mins for someone to take your order at the parking lot kiosk, only to be timed out asking you to press again to place your order. Press again says "Please wait" then times out again, Meanwhile drive through is backing up Watching people pull out of line. I realize they might be short staffed, but Corp management really needs to review what they need to do to help improve their business, and what they are doing Wrong to the staff that results in short staffing, high turn overs in employees, or what is going on that people don't want to work there. All this impacts customer service and the quality of food service. It's a same Sonic was the best years ago"

"Got drinks from there a few different times. All our drinks we're perfect. Just last time we ordered you could barely taste the flovorings, so we said something to the manager about it. He was no help at all. He didn't know what to do. We asked about just adding more flovor to the drinks and he would not."

"I placed an online order in, got to the drive up station at 8:30pm. Was told my order will be out soon, Still sitting here at 9:20pm without my food! My order was somewhat large (3 burgers, 2 sides, 2 drinks) so I expected a short wait but it’s 10 minutes away from an hour. Mind you I got here and there was 3 cars here. The person in the station behind me has been sitting here longer and I guess they just got tired of waiting and left! This is RIDICULOUS!!! Update my husband just walked up and was ignored at the window so he waited for an employee to come out and was told that the person taking our original order at our station never notified them that we were here! I know the usual response is going to be an “I’m sorry please call us” type deal but I need yall to just do better."

"Only 5 ched r peppers when should be 6. Tater tots were over cooked. Bacon Cheddar Toaster came out on regular bun with no onion ring & burnt patty (when I pushed the red button to question, I was told "we must be out of TX toast") - I had also requested no tomato. Wanted to try new pickle fries, but they were out. They were also out of chopped onions and had a sheet of paper over their ice cream selections, so I assumed those weren't an option either - has happened before. Ordered a Rt44 Diet Strawberry Limeade, but got a Cherry Limeade - guess it's my fault since I didn't notice it on the order screen. Had tried to order ahead with the Sonic app, but they were not accepting advance orders. I love Sonic, but this was the worst experience"
