"I went in to have my tire repaired due to a nail. The young gentleman was very helpful and seemed to want to try and fix it. After he looks at it he told me he couldn’t repair it, so I was kind of expecting it. My concern was having to buy 2 tires, but he said no I’d need to buy 4 tires because it’s 4 wheel drive. I told him to give me my keys back I’d take care of it."

"I wanna thank Bobby and Larry for their prompt attention w/ getting our van tire replaced and my family back on the road. We were on I-95 N outside of St.Marys Ga. when our tire light came on. We limped to their shop on a spare. We were grateful the shop was open on a Sunday morning and although our old tire couldn’t be patched safely, Bobby had our tire size in stock. The holiday discount he applied helped keep the cost affordable and there was no pressure by him or staff for unsolicited services. Thanks again Bobby and Larry for helping getting my family's vacation back on track."

"Scammers here. I brought it here several times and shortly after each time a new problem arose. I brought it to another mechanic and they found an issue that brought on the check engine light. This place cleared the code so that I would drive away far enough and not return. I brought it to two separate mechanics without even telling them my bad experience with this place and both told me they scam people. They fix parts that need no fixing and they make sure it works long enough to leave far enough away to not be able to return. I also found it strange when I kept getting asked “when are you leaving?”."

"In a world where virtual reviews can make or break a business, I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to leave feedback to honor the service I received at this location today. On my trip from Florida to West Virginia, I experienced a flat rear tire approximately 20 miles north of Jacksonville and 30 miles south of Brunswick Georgia After waiting more than 4 1/2 hours for AAA to come remove the flat and put on a spare; which concluded with a wonderful fellow motorist making that change for me and AAA never showing up I contacted this business mid morning and asked if they could assist me with repairing or replacing my tire. I was encouraged to arrive at my earliest convenience and assured they would help me with I needed When I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly, welcoming and warm manner. Every service bay was occupied and the parking lot was filled with additional vehicles in que. They generated ticket which they labeled traveling and waiting. They immediately created an opening and began assessing and repairing my tire within five minutes of arrival, without an appointment. My car was ready in less than one hour from my arrival through check out. I encouraged them to apply a fee for the accommodation and the expedient repair. It was at that point I was informed they were happy to provide the service free of charge. At my insistence and pleading, they accepted $26 cash which they informed me would go directly to the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. When I asked what I could do as a customer that would have the most significant impact on their business in relation to how to share my experience- they simply asked that I take time to leave a review. I am so grateful to every individual at this location who went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. They did so in a incredibly expedient and considerate manner. The repair afforded me confidence and peace of mind I could complete my trip without any further issues. In a world where it is difficult to please every customer and individuals in general are overly critical; inaccurate and misleading reviews can make or break a Business. I am happy to have the opportunity to support these individuals. It is sad that individuals who have never solicited a business have the ability to leave reviews That do not represent the service or manner in which it is provided. Especially when the impact of consumer feedback is Substantial, especially in relation to the individuals who are dependent on the success of the business for their livelihood.
