"Worst service! They keep you on hold for the longest when you call or don’t even answer at all . I helped my friend on zoom the day he had court and we waited more than 3 hours . Not only that but the translator was very rude and didn’t help at all. When we tried asking her what she was saying because we didn’t understand her question and all she did was only raise her voice with the same question instead . If you’re going to be a translator at least know how to communicate correctly . Such a shame!"

"Worst customer service ever!!! Been on hold almost an hour this is crazy!! They need to organize better then this at least Bridgeton don’t have you waiting this long"

"I called the ombudsman to initiate a internal investigation. Very unorganized, they do not know what the other employees are doing. Sends out summons to myself with one date but sends the other summons to the prosecutor and the other party with another date. Either these employees are making serious administrative errors, or someone is purposely mishandling sensitive information. I promise I will get to the bottom of all issues."

"They have the poorest phone manners. The phone automated system sucks. There's no way to get through. They have all these numbers and options but none work. Not at all. You are all getting paid to take care of those who need it. If ya don't like your job ...quit. go to McDonald's or burger King. Give someone else with bedside manners the job."
