The girl I talked to had me on the phone for 25. She told me to call them back and she promised not to hang up since all I needed was a code for them to verify me!! Well she hung up, Bank couldn’t tell me why they called!! Call BB back to tell them I never got a code…so of course a new sales person who couldn’t help me abd expected me to redo everything!! I’m a disabled senior fill out forms on a phone with my arthritic hands just won’t like me do it again!!! Cancel the $1200 order! Now I’m too tired to call Walmart….guess I’ll wait for Super Bowl Sales! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!"

"Went in to pick up my new phone for in store pickup that was already paid for. When I got there I was told I could not have my phone because they did not have someone "licensed" to perform trade ins. I was told that the person who is able to perform trade ins will not be in for several days. Do not have anything shipped to this store if you are also doing a trade in as there is no guarantee when your order that you paid for is ready that you will be actually allowed to pick it up."
