"Was very disappointed in the displays and the way the store is laid out now. To me it looked like a dollar store. Could only find one person they're working and when I asked for help the person walked around and found things that weren't what I was looking for. Had to spend another half hour and still did not find what I needed. The merchandise that was on display and the way it was displayed totally turned me off. I can't see myself going back there again it was not the way I remember Michael's."

I ONLY GO THERE FOR THE YARN GOODS. I DO MISS THE WIDE ARRAY OF FLOWERS NOT ENOUGH. THE STORE MGR. WAS VERY KIND TO ME N VERY HELPFUL. THE SENIOR CASHIERS ARE SO GOOD N KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUST.
