"3 stars because of security. It's a great place. sometimes they get a while to get u loaded but everyone inside is really nice. looks like they hire a new security company that doesn't know how the shipper works. The security told me to leave at 11pm while i was in the asign door with the loading ramp on. The office assured me i was getting loaded overnight but security make me leave anyway. The ramp fell to the ground and the dock door was open. Usually trucks aren't allowed to move unless the shipping office tell you for security reasons thank god the forklift wasn't trying to load the trailer yet or it could have been a disaster. So i left. The next morning while im trying to check in the guard tried to turn me away because it was too early but the shipper called me at 5am asking for me imagine that"

"They deserve only 3 stars due to the fact your appointment will be at 6 am but workers don’t start till 7 am that right there makes you lose an hour. I delivered a dry load half trailer took them 35 minutes so i don’t know about reefer good luck out there!"

"The reviews from a year ago are obsolete,. I arrived 0930 for an 1100 appointment. Went into shopping area and its a freezer area. The shipping office is only for the shipping person so you're waiting out of the office in the cold until that person decides to walk to the window and gives you a check in sheet afterwards she gives you a square piece of paper asking for the same information you just wrote down on the check in sheet. Total waste of time and money on this set up. Then she just says we'll call with a door. Doest tell you nothing else. Appointment was for 1100 its now 13015 and still no phone call for a door. To the owners of this facility you're getting a bad reputation for this reason. You need to get back your employees from a year ago. Or train your new employees to do their job and keep the appointment times on schedule. Maybe give them an incentive like " if they finish the receiving appointments early then they can go home early with a full day's pay. That would motivate anyone to get to work early and finish up early. And maybe drivers would like coming here again and giving you good reviews. For now I can only give 1 star. Ok so finally got a door at 1400, unloading started 1415 ended at 1500."

"Super easy in and out. Go through the gate. Park on the right. Walk back up to the front gate and go into shipping/receiving. Get your door number, back in and when they are done they will hand you the paperwork. Park back in the staging area and walk back to shipping/receiving with paperwork go pull up to the gate they will come out to make sure the seal is on and you're done. Total time in the whole facility 1 hour and 15 min. We are thoroughly impressed. Staff was really nice too a little slow but hey they gotta get it all done correctly."
