"Nice place for delivery. Overnight parking available.Easy docks and check-in staff very nice.My appointment time 8am, check in 7:30am and door 8:26am. Unloading within 20 minutes full refer load. Bad thing is only, no restroom for drivers"
"When I drove through the gate I knew what I was going to expect from First Choice Freezer, an awesome experience! When a place that’s as nice and attention to detail as this place is you know you are definitely going to have a great experience! I noticed first off they allow a place for parking if you arrive early. Secondly the yard is very clean, a porta-potty for drivers, all of their trucks and trailers were perfectly lined up, a very nice parking lot to drive in without holes and sharp debris all over. The building was very clean and all the employees that I talked to seemed very nice and that they enjoyed their jobs! This has to be one of the nicest cold storage places I have delivered to and kudos to everyone here that has made this an enjoyable experience!! I definitely recommend First Choice Freezer to deliver to and thank you guys."
"Got the load from broker at 2:05pm for 2pm appt. Got there in 15 minutes. Check with guard then park and goto shipping office by door 9. They gave me a door. Backed In Door 20. Got on my phone and 15 minutes later guy knocked on the door with a seal!!! Pull out park go get paperwork In shipping. Start to finish 35 minutes and Done!!! Whoever the workers are today great job! Thank you"
"Attention Truckers: Customer service is not that great here. The guy at the shipping desk is a Douchbag who doesn't know how to address people properly. Yard jockeys are petty whiny school children in regards to where you park while checking in or out. Backing into the docks is easy. Loading time was slightly longer than it should be."
"Not a hard place to find but it takes too long to get unloaded it's just a Time killer is in the middle of nowhere so if you just trying to get there and then try to leave you going to be a minute then you going to have to go off duty to find the nearest Pilot or Flying J in the closest one from there depending on which direction your next delivery is is near the Delaware Memorial Bridge almost"
