"Nice parking lot, but the women’s musalla is chaotic and noisy. Masjid administration should be ashamed."

"Love the community feeling and my daughter goes to school there. We are blessed to have an Islamic school locally. Great staff and lovely principal."
"I am deaf and went to the masjid for help to travel home to San Diego. The imam there told me he that he didn't know me and refused to help me. He asked me for references. Since when does obeying Allaah depend on references?? So I went to the Catholics and they didn't ask me for references. They helped me get home - no questions asked. I am a traveler and told them I was outside for two days. No one offered me food or drink. In fact they treated me like I didn't belong and this is sometimes the case when you are black and enter an "Arab" masjid. The Catholics gave me food plus money to buy food on the way and GAVE me what I needed to get home. That imam is a joke. I asked him what his proof was to ask for references before giving in charity and of course he could answer. What he meant was I'm black and I have to prove I'm Muslim in order to be treated as such? That imam is a joke."
