"Whew, where do I start?? Well first, when I got to the funeral home to plan and arrange my dad’s funeral, the woman that my family and I came to meet was over 20 minutes late. Secondly, they got my dad’s birthday wrong on the obituary and the funeral plaque that was displayed at the service. Thirdly, when asked before the service if I wanted to place the cloth over my dad’s face, I respectfully declined, then at the time to close the casket, he asked me again in front of everybody if I wanted to place the cloth, when I had already said no. And lastly, when I tried to get my dad’s death certificate, they told me that someone else had already come to get. When I asked who it was, they told me they didn’t know. Like what?? I then called for over 3 weeks to get the certificate. I ended up receiving it a month and a half later. Please don’t send your loved ones off with this funeral home. If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would."
