"Absolutely useless customer service. I called with concerns that my bill has tripled in 2 years and every month it’s been increasing at an alarming rate. She said everything is fine with the meter based off of a picture I sent of the meter and told me to get an electrician. Very dismissive. Not helpful at all. Second time I called them about this matter and nothing came of it either time."
